The annual Remembrance Week candlelight vigil on Sunday night allowed Remembrance scholars to speak about the students they’re representing who were killed in the 1988 bombing of Pan Am Flight 103.
Syracuse University held an annual Candlelight Vigil to honor the lives lost during the bombing of Pan Am Flight 103 on December 21, 1988. Thirty-five of the 270 victims were studying abroad through SU, and eleven were residents of Lockerbie, Scotland. People lit candles at the Place of Remembrance memorial.
